Ca Prostate with involvement of bladder base, lt VU junction, hydronephrosis with para aortic LN pathy ( level of L3, L4) pelvi LN pathy and obstructive symptoms in Jan 10
GS 8, PSA 95 ngml, RFT Normal
Had O' ectomy in Jan 10
PSA 17 some relief in symptoms. Imaging shows regression of LN and primary.
Will RT to primary help relieve obstruction to ureter and bladder outlet?
