A 45 yr old female presented with tinnitus and a CT scan revealed a 3 cm lesion in the L jugular foramen consistent with a glomus jugulare. No neck adenopathy. No cranial nerve signs.
ENT surgeon is not keen on surgery.
Patient is otherwise asymptomatic and in good general condition. No medical comorbidities. No prior HN surgery or RT.
Is RT an option - if so what dose?
