If margins focally positive ====> Adjuvant RT + Boost
If margins grossly positive ====> Re-resection ====> Adj RT (No Boost)
If mastectomy ====> No Adj RT indicated.

RT: 40 Gy / 15 # / 3 weeks +/- BOOST of 12.5 Gy / 5 # or 16 Gy / 8 #

2. Letrozole 2.5 mg OD x 5 years [ensure has DEXA scan as baseline]

3. Chemotherapy: absolute benefit is too low at 1.1% (hence not recommended)
